Strength of the Hometown Health Improvement Coalition is the diversity and
broad representation of the coalition. Community members have partnered
together to improve the quality of life of its citizens. This initiative
was created to assist communities in assuming ownership of their own
unique health problems and encourage citizens to work together to solve
the problems they identified.
